Marla Luckert

Marla Luckert is a Kansas Supreme Court Justice appointed by Governor Bill Graves on Nov. 20, 2002 and sworn in January 13, 2003.

Marla J. Luckert was born July 20, 1955 in Goodland, Kansas. At Washburn University she earned a B.A. in history in 1977 and J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 1980. She is married to Ken Morse and has three daughters Sarah, Alisa, and Arin.
